Type: DRY WHITE
Vines: 100% CHARDONNAY
Area: Parco della Vite e del Vino in the Colli Orientali del Friuli in Torreano di Cividale, outlaying district of Togliano, vineyards: “Sot la Mont” and “San Mauro"
Land type: marly-arenaceous rock of eocene origin rich in calcium and potassium containing discrete levels of phosphorus, magnesium and many other micro-elements.
Cultivation method: Guyot.
Grape harvest: rigorously harvested by hand in the first two weeks of September.
Vinification: Grapes in bunches are pressed directly. The fruit is separated according to the press. The first part (fruit) undergoes a controlled fermentation (15-17 °C) after a light decantation. The remaining part also undergoes fermentation after being clarified. After fermentation, the two parts are assembled and kept in a tank until spring when they are bottled.

An international, high class wine that has a shiny, straw-yellow colour. It possesses a clean and fragrant bouquet with notes of white flower, bread crust and apple. It is fresh and lively on the palate, pleasurable and persistent.
It is ideal as an aperitif and it pairs well with fish appetizers, vegetable spreads, salmon and fatty fish.
Serving Temperature: 11 – 13 °C.
