Our white cru is the fruit of Chardonnay (80%), Friulano (10%), and Sauvignon (10%) grapes which vary according to the year. It is a structured and demanding wine which has a vivid yellow, almost gold colour. The bouquet recalls ripe fruit and vanilla. On the palate it is almost creamy and leaves a wave of ripe apple, beeswax (royal jelly) and melon overtones.

It is excellent with both meat and fish dishes, such as roasted turbot, prawn, rabbit and duck terrines, soups and mushroom risotto.
Serving Temperature: 11 – 13 °C.
